2 weeks unable to log in to sky yahoo either on android phone or pc

Hi community I have this problem unable to access sky yahoo mail on Android phone or pc for over 2 weeks.

As it happens on different devices this has to be a sky yahoo server issue as i always get access denied to this server.

Spoke to a sky customer service person who was very helpful to try and sort this out but last thing tried was remove sky broadband shield but after waiting for 24 hours still no joy in accessing emails probably lost forever unless anyone has had this problem and resolved it

It's not a server issue - it's working fine. More likely an issue with your Sky Yahoo Mail account. First try resetting your password: https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword
