your employees made a mistake

good evening, on November 11th an internet cable was connected to my house... but the guys who connected the cable from the pole to the house made a mistake and connected it not to my house but to the neighbor's and now I have problems with the neighbor and because of this... can you fix this!!!!!

@Iulia31  You're not talking to Sky customer services, unless there is a fault with the line I doubt Sky will ask Openreach the network owner to move it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
