woops broad band i had broad band installed wednesdaynot connecting to tv

I had BB connected yesterday (Wednesday) I cannot get my normal TV apps to work, and i am not computer savvy please help me to set up the broadband connection to my TV

@stephenp2  No none lnows what TV you have? What make & Model is it?

 

If it's not a Glass TV have you looked at the user manual for your actual TV set there should be steps there about setting up/resetting wifi on your TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
