wifi not working on my devices - keeps cutting in and out

I have my router in the front room of my house, and the Sky Q box in out back room.  Over the last couple of weeks the wifi has been cutting in and out, the TV is working ok, but sometimes the programes recorded take a while to load when wqe want to watch, also the apps on the sky q box take quite a while to open. My wife works from home and she works in the the bedroom directly above the the front room with the router and has a sky booster box on her desk upstairs, and when she has been on Teams meeting the the internet cuts out and she is disconected. She has sometimes moved downstairs and worked next to the router and still had issues with connection. We cannot connect our iPhones to the wifi. I have reset the router and hit the WPS button, and it connects for 10 mins or so then cuts out again, we also have a ring doorbell which is only about 8 feet from the router and that cuts out and sometimes does not load up at all.

The internet all semmed to working with no issues at all up until the end of January, but now we have all these issues. I have a wifi speed test app on my iphone which says we are getting between 110 -130 mbps in the front room with the router and in the back room with the sky q box. I Upgraded to sky broadband ultrafast 1, and I have just renewed my contract around the time of all these issue happening.

Im usure what to do to get everything working properly again?
