Does the disconnect of your iPhone happen when you are in the same room as the router. I also take it that the casting device and the TV you are trying to cast on to are in the same room as the router?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@parkesThat could mean thick walls and the Wi-Fi signal is unable to get through them. I take the booster you have is from Sky? Did you take out broadband boost or did Sky give you the booster in order to help with coverage?

i got the booster as part of the package . neighbours havnt got a problem and i had not got a problem till a few weeks ago . i have been with sky for 5 years

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@parkes Does seem that booster is either not doing its job now as you are having problems, or Sky does need to visit to see theat coverage is not over your property. Have you tried before coming on the forum to talk to Sky about this and that the booster is no longer giving you the coverage that you are supposed to have throughout your property?
