My wifi keeps dropping between 3-4pm for the last week or so, comes straight back on but happens a couple times in a row. This is causing a significant disruption as I work from home and today was on a Teams call when it dropped. When I check mySky, it shows everything working fine, no known issues, but obviously this isn't the case.
Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix ?

I can see your router dropped 10 minutes ago and you are very close to your green roadside cabinet .How many times a day is this happening and for how long

Hi @cookiemonsteruk, it's happening 2-3 times a day, always between 3-4pm. It comes back a few minutes later so seems like it's just a temp glitch, but can't see why it should have started doing this all of a sudden?

Have you seen any openreach vans in the area . You are so close to your cabinet you'd probably . Unfortunately unless it disconnects 10 or more times a day or your speed drops below your guarantee i'm afraid sky will come to the same conclusion a glitch or openreach working

@cookiemonsteruk no haven't seen any vans by the green cabinet recently. How annoying! It's so weird it's happening multiple times in a row and always within the same hour period. As it's been happening for almost a week now, is it worth raising with Sky to see if they're aware of any reason for it (ongoing works nearby, issues with when maintenance is scheduled, etc). Thinking as I work from home and often have meetings in the afternoon, this could lead to more problems losing calls.

There's nothing i can think off that will drop the connection without affecting your wifi . So worth a try contacting them to see why it happens between such specific times

Nothing that I'm aware of.
It's dropped 7 times today; noticing a pattern where it will drop & reconnect nearly immediately and then drop again 2-3 minutes later.
It's difficult to work when it keeps dropping Teams calls & losing access to shared drives.
