Because Sky doesn't currently offer that facility, and Ofcom doesn't require them to.

The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act of Parliament passed just before the last election may change this in the future.

I want to cancel my subscription and am not getting the helpline number and I'm starting to hate sky can I please receive this helpline
