whole house ?

Hi All,

Returned to Sky after being with Virgin for 5 years due to house move. I've sign up and paid extra for whole house coverage. I've just set up all the routine yesterday. I have only received the Router, do you not receive any boosters with whole house package? We have a big house with 2 extensions so the signal has to go through outside walls to reach parts of the house and though I've not checked every room yet, I though I might get a booster with the whole house upgrade.

Many Thanks

@Lee+R  Boosters are not given out when you sign up. If you need a booster(s) you will need to contact Sky so that they can go through the steps to see how many you will need for the property.

Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts. If the system tries to send you back here just stay on the line to speak to an advisor.

If someone has helped give them Like.

@Lee+R

'Whole Home' is BT branding for their wireless booster disk system.  Confusingly, Sky use 'Whole Home' to mean Multiscreen use in the Glass and Stream television products.

The Sky Broadband supplement which brings the 'WiFi Guarantee' (with the option of claiming booster hardware) is 'Broadband Boost'.
