weak wifi signal in home office

I recently change to sky broadband and the signal is ok in the house but in my home/office (garage0 the signal is very week and broadband speed are very slow - what can I do to slove this - i saw "sky max pod" on the website - would this work and how can I get one?

Is the garage attached to the house or seperate?

yes it is attached to the house but there are two clock walls in between

Then yes it would help.  Do you already have the sky max wall to wall wifi guarantee.  Either way unfortunately you will have call sky

 

You can do so by dialling 150 from your sky landline number

I am in Ireland and am on the line holding at the moment - hopefully they will send me one?

If you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement on the account, yes.
