weak hub power/signal

Just recived sky glass and puck today .All set up .
Had to take sky glass in order to get a discount on package .
Works well (early days) .I originally called because eurosport is now tnt (£30) .Wanted to save money to include TNT ,but failed.Second reason was to complain (again!!) about poor speed from hub.Juan told he would increase my fiber FOC and with sky glass will not need to worry about wifi from hub .
No, thats not the case wifi from hub has definitely slowed down over time,as I have complained a few times to sky. Not complaining about speed to the hub, but from the hub  .
Best speed i get is;
Download Mbps 79.74 Upload Mbps 31.30 Ping ms 13 31 156 (right up at hub ) .
Move into next room;
Download Mbps 7.34 Upload Mbps 30.17 Ping ms 20 17 154 Huge differance ! Avarage detached bungalow.
Can I get a free replaceent hub/max?

Finished chatting with sky.Had to upload evidence to sky myphoto - speeds dropped to 7mbps and got a photo of that and sent it to them (and a few others) .

Said I had to call 150 and discuss options with contact centre . Hopefully no more hassle arguing my point and they will just send a new hub . They are replacing older hubs like mine anyway (got this when upgraded to sky q in 2017) . According to internet routers have a life of 3/5 years .Netgear recommends 3 years !!

 

Anyway have time now so will call and see what happens .

they are sending an engineer to the house - no cost. Thought it would be cheaper to just send a new hub?

I was promised an engineer free of charge on !2 March . But still no appointment
