vyne.co.uk website blocked for Sky broadband users only

Our website has suddenly been made unavailable for Sky broadband providers only. We have had several reports in the last hour of the website not being served to Sky customers, however all other broadband providers continue to work correctly.

(removed)

Our site is used for patients to place medical prescription requests, so we have lots of vulnerable customers potentially struggling to request a prescription.

We've tried a few different support routes (including being hung-up on in a call) and can't find a way to raise it with Sky. Hoping this will work!

Thanks!

Below is a link . "Next step" brings up an email address to contact when your own website is wrongly blocked

Its easier than instructing all your customer to add exceptions to or disabling broadband shield

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up
