BB speed suddenly dropped from 20 mbps to 3mbps since 15/08. Reported with sky but no resolution yet, patiently awaiting an openreach engineer to turn up and fix.
Do we know the escalation procedures within openreach to get some traction on this issue?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JPAntony You as the customer of Sky cannot contact Openreach to escalate any issues, nor will they respond to you, their customer is the ISP, in this case Sky. You will need to get updates from Sky.

I assume only an openreach engineer can troubleshoot this issue?
