two wees and still no open reach engineer

Hi wonder if any one could hep  with  this i switch from BT to sky Broadband onthe 1st of August but there was proble when engineer he said another engineer would come out in the next few days to fix this but 2 weeks on and still no engineer has been my contract with comes to end today there for ater today i will have no Broadband at all so i dont know what to do

@ch44 unless you gave noticecto BT yourself the faxt your fixed term contract ends does not mean your broadband will stop. If Sky are arranging the switch it should be seamless.

 

You nedd to talk to Sky to find out what is going on so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
