two people, different addresses with one account?

I have just signed up with Sky,  but the account I am using is linked with my mother in law's Sky TV account - she lives at a different address - which is under her name.   How to I establish my own account under MY name?  Please and thank you .

ps...she does not have the internet so I do everything for her with my own email address.

@Lesley111 you will need to call Sky yourself to get this untangled. Each account normally requires a  different email address so it isnt clear quite what has happened.
