Nope, not at all: the topology of UK terrestrial broadband really doesn't encourage it. Where there's an alternative pathway it's almost always cellular failover, as in the BT Halo 3+ domestic product (which I have here), and Sky Business Broadband which uses a rather clumsy 4G USB dongle in the rear of the Hub.
