trying to purchase for my dad
hi, i have referred my dad to join sky. ive been trying for 3 days to purchase tv and broadband package to get to the last stage and getting technical difficulties. my dad is hard of hearing so cant use the phone. he works all day so not here to do anything. will this get sorted. or shall i look elsewhere for services

If the site isnt working for you and you are unable to use the phone due to hearing problems then its worth registering with Sky accessibility so they can offer alternative contact methods.
