three green dots and still having problems

sky i need this sorted out, on my router there's three green dots but every time 

we watch tv the programs keep cutting in and out? all the leads are connected 

now is sky having problems there end or what.... please reply

@Strawbs89  Is this something you are watching on Sky Q or is this something that you are watching on demand that you have downloaded or watching on Netflix or similar service?

that's the thing i don't have Sky Q i have one of the old routers

myself and my fiance are watching something on youtube or itvx etc 

and all the connection does is pause with a on going circle some times 

3seconds sometimes half n hour 'THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED'

Quite possibly, but for that you'll need to log the issue with Sky, and potentially have them book an Openreach investigation.
