@Justynakierpacz if you post again please type your message in the body not in the heading as it only accepts a few characters.
There are numerous faults currently mainly due to the appalling weather. You can report the issue by calling Sky or use the My Sky app connection test which will tell you if there is a known fault. Openreach who fix thesecissues are very busy and what they can domis often limited as in many cases the system has to dry out.
