@TintariMarcel not sure what you mean. You can only cancel services by like broadband by the account holder calling Sky. If you are moving to another ISP dont cancel yourself it will happen automatically at the point your new supplier takes over.

If you have been cold-called with a threat to cancel a broadband service, that's almost certainly the start of a scam.
