still having problems with WIFI dropping out every 2-3 minutes.please help!

Hi all im still having problems, all i can do is speak to a robot, and been through the 'broadband technical issues' problem solver numerous times, nothing is working.. and no way im using more of my money to call them. this is by far the most expensive internet ive used and the worst!! Was OK at Christmas time and then over New Years it kept cutting in and out but with the bad wind i kind of let it off.. but now the weather isnt interferring as much it shouldnt be doing this 😞 thanks for reading and hopefully someone has some kind of hope for me lol. thanks again, CK

@Clairetupac if you run the connection test in the My Sky app while your hub is connected it may well book you an engineer to check your line. If it doesnt you will have to call Sky but be patient do not take up,offers of texts etc. Unfortunately after the recent bad weather Sky's lines are very busy but while you may have to wait but you should get through to an agent.

If you would like help from the forum please post your hub's connection stats taken while it is connected see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
