Re: sky ultra fibre
I would say that you a a busy house with 5 children and your broadband speed is not fast enough for you and this is probably why you are having problems

Re: sky ultra fibre
The 150 mps is what you get to the hub, the more devices that are connected to the Internet the weaker the signal to each device is over the wifi, you probably need faster broadband to coup with your busy household my be full fibre to the property 500mps, or sky gigafast broadband 900mps

In what way is this affecting your microwave and fridge?

Re: sky ultra fibre
@gderufyklegrukt as suggested it could simplly be too many devices using the connection st once or simply slow wifi in your home. Unfortunately improving the speed to the hub doesnt magically sort slow wifi speeds due to the layout of your home.
Have you called Sky as they should be able to advise but dont be too surprised if they suggest adding their WiFi Max bundle to your sub as that can give you up to 3 extenders to improve your wifi.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
