Hi,
i cancelled my broad band account as I was out of contract and sky increased my charge by £15 a month. Sky are still debiting my account even although my service is now cancelled and I have a 'sorry you are leaving letter'.
I take it this is a common issue with Sky. Any ideas how to get a refund. Like most people money is tight at the moment and I dont want to be double charged for a service im not using!
