im trying to reset my wifis password, cant find the setting anywhere and have followed many instructions but my sky hub isnt showing under my products or anywhere else

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@shahla+i try signing out, closing and the re-opening the My Sky app to see if the settings for tge Sky Max hub apoear on the broadband page if itvdoesnt give Sky a call.
