Every morning the Sky hub needs to be turned on and off to get Wi Fi. The display lights on the front do not change at all from normal working conditions but the WI Fi isn't working. Sometimes happens during the day too but every single morning it happens and needs to be turned off and on.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAlthough your router stats don't suggest anything is wrong I would say you need a new router as the one your using is old & not appropriate for the package you are on.

Hi thanks for your reply. I spoke to sky and they said the same and have sent out a new updated router.
