Hello

I ordered sky broadband today and Adviser told me it will be activated 19/09 /2022 and sent conformation via email . but I got new confirmation that shows 05/10 /2022

It may be connected to the 19th now being designated a bank holiday for the Queen's funeral so Openreach will not be able to do it that day.
