since gettting Sky Max router i am unable to phone/receive calls from my land line & mobile

no landine connections since connecting into sky max router.  Mobile phone calls get connected mid way the callince sky max router.  Have tried to contact Sky on numerous occassions and calls either get disconnected ,  the steps sky try to discuss with me, doesnt solve any of the isue.

The problems are becoming desperate to resolve!
