second sky booster

hi all, due to poor wifi coverage i contacted sky and they sent an engineer out who set up a booster, this helped but i still havent got great coverage at the back of the house. is there a way to get a second booster without the engineer having to come out as it seems a wasteof time when i can just plug it in myself.

Sky's policy states that if more than 1 booster is required an engineer must be sent with it

ah ok, was just trying to save a trip out when its simply a case of plugging it in. guess ill be sorting a visit out then
