router upgrade? sky offered to upgrade, is this genuine?

Contacted by sky offering to upgrade my router and other offers. I was unsure and need time to think through etc, so I declined.

Was this genuine?

Which hub do you currently have? Sky are replacing Sky Q hubs which won't receive security updates from the end of 2025. I changed mine back in February.

@terry+68 Link may also help you. And there was a link about sky being proactive on sales, just do not part with any information that you suspect is dodgy in any way!
