I believe my wifi speed is very slow for what it is as when using my computer I only have around 2mbps of upload and download speed and have no idea of how to fix it

@tammtam What speeds are you supposed to get between on your connection?

The connection is downloading data at 17Mbps and uploading data at 3Mbps at the time you took the router stats. But saying that looking at the router stats it looks likely you are below your minimum guaranteed speed (MGS) which is reporting at 18Mbps currently, so I'd do a broadband line test and see whether it will allow you to book an engineer to fix the issue.
