return sky broadband hub equipment
Hello
I joined sky broadband and then changed my mind and cancelled before even start the contract , I have received a package to return sky stream and a label but I still have the sky broadband hub /router and not sure which address to send it to as I cannot find it . Does anyone know or I have to pay for postage myself?

If Sky hasn't sent you any packaging for the hub then you can use anything you have or can get and then print your own return label here and return it via Royal Mail:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off and keep that proof for at least 6 months if not longer.
