Cant get through to sky, the service checker tools etc are no help & are not finding an issue.
Tried following them anyway & no joy. Reset ONT & router - nothing.
ONT has a static RED light on LOS.
Please can this be looked at ASAP! appreciate it

Seems to have been sorted overnight, was off for around 12hours 5pm-5am
doing some research etc seemed that there was an issue external to my property so im assuming openreach broke something somewhere & repaired it overnight!

I don't have any Internet connection and had to connect via my phone data, the red Los light is on, can you help fix this please. I did check status and says it's all working, but it's not

Thats whats going in with mine also i have spent nearly 100 constably having to top my data up to connect my daughters tv and my tv to it else we would be sat here a week later with still no wifi apparently theres a outage in my area but never known a outage to last over a week and still no update on it, and they expect me to oay a £70 bill haha id rather to else where then give these anymore of my money if i go without wifi anylonger
