"Your connection has dropped"
All day my internet connection has been dropping, working for approximately 10-20 minutes then completely dropping again.
I ran the connection diagnosis multiple times, restarted the router and nothing is working.
As I am writing this, my signal has cut out twice.
When I select "test my broadband" everything shows as fine even when there is no internet connection on any of my devices.
Please advise.

Re: "Your connection has dropped"
@PaulaG73 Are you testing the broadband when it is only up or when it is down?
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: "Your connection has dropped"
Having the exact same problem currently connection is dropping multiple times in a day after 20 minutes of being up and working. have tried the connection tester when it's down but it's saying all fine, when it's up same result. The tech I spoke with today when I called couldn't see anything wrong with the line or at the exchange. have now video and took pictures of the admin pages when it drops out.

Re: "Your connection has dropped"
We've been having the exact same problem since the 14th July! Again the checker says everything is fine when I don't have WiFi showing up on our phones/television/laptops!
