problem with wifi - how to replace old hub

Since 10 years, I use Sky broadband (hub Sagemcom). I have to say, speed is fine, sometimes there are troubles but recently  I met completely new problem with wifi.

Power and intranet signals are green, only wifi is red. After the hub' restarts/resets, all power, intranet and wifi signals are green for less then minute  ( indeed in this time I can see, wifi works), then only wifi signal goes red. Power and intranet are green all time.

Could anyone help me to figure out how to fix it? I tried multi times to restart, change cables etc., but no wifi at all. Also, I checked, there is no 'strange' connections and speed is OK. Is there any sky help service to reorder the hub or find a solution

@abramczykThat router should be museum, give Sky a call and request a new router. If you are out of contract, might be a good time to get a better deal also.

Just dial 150 and when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", if you are asked for a mobile number give this, but DO NOT hang up, this should get you in the queue to speak to an advisor.

If someone has helped give them Like.

If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.
