problem with broadband high noise margins and maybe issue with router

my speed to hub but it sometimes says issue with wifi
it sometimes says there is issue with my broadband/wifi too is that a sign with tha issuse with line or router but sky done line test and they said there no fault but i think otherwise with my noise margin and speed to hub i was getting 37.5 then it went to 36.8 then 36.2 then today 31.8 is it a issue with line or router? thanks advice and help with issue will be very appreciated and thanks in advance have a great day 😞 🙂

Hi @loverboi
Your stats certainly show an issue as your line is banded and it should not be changing sync speeds that often.
It will need reporting to Sky, you can either call or I can esclate your post on the forum and you can chat with a Sky rep.

@jamesn123 yes please can you escalte please and when i called sky they told me to reset the router that i did and then left overnight and still high noise but i called them today twice and was told there is no fault so we cant get openreach out but they blamed the low speed to hub on 6 devices connectedand i said that due to the low speed to hub pics on messenger is taking about 5 mins to show the bloke said mehh:( (im on fttc)and they blamed it being that and not amitting to a issue 😞 🙂
