problem connecting my tablet to sky hub

Could someone talk me through from start to finish, from disabling the higher level of broadband and then how to add my device, then reenable the wifi, I am suffering with mental  health and find it hard to communicate, and the virtual service is upsetting me when I do get through to someone they say there is a fault but then the tech team say there is not
