price increase calculated as % of discounted or undiscounted price?

I'm about to switch to fttp and know the price quoted will go up in April. But do Sky put up prices based on the normal, undiscounted price? Or based on the one I'm being quoted?

  • Eg say Sky decide to increase prices by 10% & current offer price is say £30 but full price would've been £50.  Would broadband go up to £33 or £35? Ie 10% of £30 or £50

The price increase is of our basic prices. Not of specific offer you get.

So it would be an increase of the full price, then take your discount off. So the latter example you provided.

Thankyou Lisa.  So can you tell me what your ultrafast plus normal price is?

@shellbell1911

List price is in the small print on the website.  Note that the 10% rise in April 2023 rise was based on unusually high CPI  at the end of December 2022, and will be less this year.
