port forward not working hub 6

trying to get port foward working on hub 6

configured in ap, device is on line and confirmed, no access

also tried using dmz still no connection, as a further note even with remore access enabled for testing cant access hub remotely either

thanks but thats not the issue

i have the new hub 6 which forward is done on the app, all set up but doesnt work.

Yes worked fine on old black Sr 203 hub

I can see from the hub log that it's gwtti

@ColinK1306 If it is not working then you may have to get sky to have a look at the Map-T settings that are applied to your hub.
