@GaryB1905 sounds like your home has a lot of wifi interference probably from your neighbours' networks. You can try rebooting your hub to find the least congested channels but in flats or similar homes with lots of other users close by that can be almost impossible.
You can download a Wifi Analyzer app onto a phone which will show you what networks are in range with their channel and signal strength meaning you can find the best channel in the area near the TV. There could be other causes but issues which are worse in peak times is usually interference.
