poor internet & wifi, your checks say all good, 4 independents tests all say poor ?

over the last 2 weeks my internet has slowed down, pages slow to open or even hang, independent tests say broadband speed is an issue, your tests say all is ok but I know it is not as a persisitant user, I can seee there is a speed or connection issue

I have a similar issue. WiFi has degraded in the last few weeks, with no WiFi in some rooms now. Service checker says all is fine so no option to resolve.

@scotbish  & @cheesymonkey  Can you run the latter direction in the information below.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

My service checker states that all is good, yet Ookla shows 14 Mbps, when I have Gigafast.

 

On checking this, I've also just realised I've been charged £5.50 per month, for Broadband Booster but never had it / £132 for nothing
