poor braodband indoors and tv freezing

does anyone else have this trouble.  i was told i would get a booster plug with my package but cant get hold of sky to supply one

@manch2560  What have you done to try and get a booster? You need to call Sky via your landline and listen through the voice prompts ignore if it tries to send you a text just stay on the line.
