hi i order brodband last month and u guys send me devise of 8 jan and 12 jan visit your worker and said me u dont have phone line or db off phone so i send other theam bhut no one contect me so plz can u make sure plz collect your device i dont need any more time i broadband now

After successfully cancelling a subscription or order packaging will be sent to you to send loaned equipment back. Get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely.

Without an existing 'line' (copper or optical circuit) no other Openreach ISP can provide service. Cancelling Sky at this point and placing an order elsewhere will put you back to the start for waiting time to get something installed: this is likely to add at least another two weeks delay.
An altnet (non-Openreach) ISP may be able to provide service sooner if they already have infrastructure in the area.
