my hub is over 8 years old and the connecting drops in and out

Which hub do you have?


Sky are replacing old Sky Q hubs (emails/letters are being sent out in batches to affected customers). This replacement is due to security updates no longer being available after the new year.

That's probably a Q Hub (released in late 2015)

 

All Q Hubs are being swapped out over the course of 2025.
