openreach LOS red light on!How can I report this fiber connection issue to sky?

 Already tried reboot and replug the green fiber line. I work from home so I really need this fixed as soon as possible. How could I report this to sky or openreach?

LOS or loss of service is usually an external fault . You can call sky on :-

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

Openreach aim to fix faults within 2 working days from being notified and claim to achieve this in 85% of cases. wfh doesn't afford a priority repair to what is a domestic service so you may need to make alternative arrangements for the next couple of days.
