not getting enough wifi signal to my laptop,

Hi I am not getting enough wifi signal to my laptop, when I am on calls its suddenly drop out the signal and disconnecting my calls with poor connection text. can you pls fix this asap, or send your engineer to investigate it.

Note: Hardly I am getting 3 signals out of  5
