not able to connect to wifi

it's been two days I've been unable to connect to my WiFi. it just says connected without WiFi. I've tried troubleshooting but that's not helped. also when I check online it shoes the service is good but that's not the case

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
