@rolly12345 Who is your email provider? Is this Sky/Yahoo email acount or another provider?
If it's another provider have you googled their settings for a laptop?
What email app/software are you using?
As this isn't a broadband issue Sky don't nornally provide support for 3rd party email providers as they normally provide their own support.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
