..no idea when my box is due to arrive..ant speak to anyone and bots are

Orders page not working..have no 12 digit ID ..can't speak to any human..due to go live wed 3rd..no idea when my box is arriving... can't get a phone number.

Sky Broadband hubs are normally dispatched to arrive a couple of days prior to activation.


If you definitely need to contact Sky, then if you already have a Sky Mobile call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.

Note: We were informed on the run up to Christmas the lines were busier than usual and that’s likely to be worse over the holiday period. We've been informed that the phone lines will be open:

New Years Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
New Years Day ~ 0800 til 2100
Other days will be normal hours.

I have no phone just broadband..apparently its live today ?

Got through to someone yest on phone!

still not heard had no text or email . I cant access my sky have no ID. No dpd or RM tracking ..No idea what's happening...

Not sure what you mean by 'no phone'. If you mean an actual phone handset, Sky don't supply them. You have to purchase one (or more) yourself.

@Kaz64  If you have that code then and it is DPD that is doing the delivery you can take that code and put it into their site to find the tracking information to when the package is going to arrive.

@Kaz64  Are you able to call Sky via mobile to find out about this router delivery?

I did manage to speak to someone yesterday..Still waiting no communication or text today.. if I haven't heard will try and phone again...
