no broadband or phone line

I was talking with someone and got disconnected... my name is kerry young. I have no phone line or broadband.

@kerry741  First of all you are not talking to Sky we are customers just like yourself.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

  • thank you for answering this is all very frustrating when it keeps happening and each time I've got to send photos, raise the same issues, keep being told the problem is my end and it isn't.  oh well.  best I find a different supplier
