tv sceen  says loading ,please wait THIS HAS BEEN ON SCREEN FOR HALF AN HOUR, I also I have no internet connection

@harrisjoseph  You are not talking to Sky, for the forum to help you need to provide more info on the issue in question.

 

Is this a new broadband install?
