Hi my OPT box LOT is showing red no WiFi coming into house. Have done all checks says it's external problem

Find out more@Georgie7 You could try running the 'test my connection" in the mysky app(can be run from a smartphone using mobile WiFi)to see if it detects the issue and allows you to book an engineer, if it doesn't you will have to call Sky to report the fault, the forum is mainly customer to customer support so no-one here can help.
